Suing Magistrates Service
I have an issue with a warrant of entry that was granted against me. This allowed an energy company to enter my premises and fit a meter.
During the process the magistrates violated evidence rules, and took hearsay evidence in an unbalanced way. This is in fact a human rights violation.
Also perjury took place, because while trying to obtain the warrant they relied upon the notice as notification of the court hearing which took in under 28days from the letters date. The energy company referred to another letter as the 28 day warning which was not provided and was not sent. This amounts to perjury.
I would like to get the matter into small claims court where deception is alot more difficult. Who can I sue, magistrate, legal advisor, magistrates service. Any advice would be appreciated. I do not want to go through the complaints process as that is a system of appeasement.

Taking Legal Measure
You should take action against the energy company than trying magistrate or so. It can be a case of perjury. Upon hearing your case other case details will also get looked into automatically.
