A stone in my coal exploded out of my glass front stove.

I bought a sealed bag of smokeless coal tipped it on the glass front stove. when the fire got hot a stone exploded out, firing stone,coal and glass over my carpet and settee. I only just miss my girlfriend and child. i would like to know my rights before speaking to the coal company that bagged the coal then sold it to me.
