MY PARENTS WILL STATED THAT THE HOUSE SHOULD BE LOCKED, AND AN INVENTORY SHOUD BE MADE BEFORE THE DISTRIBUTION OF POSSESSIONS AND MONEY.  THE SOLICITOR TOLD THE FALMILY THAT THIS WOULD TAKE TIME AND THAT WE SHOULD ALL GET TOGETHER AND SORT IT OUT BY OURSELVES.

AS YOU CAN IMAGINE, SOME DECIDED TO TAKE MATTERS INTO THEIR OWN HANDS. 

WAS THIS A PROFESSIONAL JUDGEMENT, THAT MOST SOLICITORS TAKE, OR IS THIS A MATTER TO BE SORTED.

WHAT WOULD BE THE TIME FRAME, TO MAKE A COMPLAINT.

A solicitor should advise the Executors that they must comply with the terms of the Will.  If this advice was not given then there might be source for a complaint.

As you have not stated the relevant time frame it is difficult to advise. However, if a considerable time has elapsed it may be difficult to obtain the relevant facts which would form the basis of the complaint.
