Neighbours/visitors vehicles parked on shared access way.

The deeds to our property clearly state that no obstruction should be placed in the shared (double-width) access/driveway to our house and the 3 neighbouring properties. What can be done about parking in contravention of the terms of the deeds?

The answer to this question

The answer to this question will depend on the exact wording of the covenants which affect the properties.  If as I suspect there is a covenant prohibiting the parking of vehicles on the accessway then this covenant can be enforced through the courts.  Such action is likely to be expensive and I would recommend seeking an amicable settlement before taking court action.
