Hi Babygaze,

The forum is not really designed for helping people with their legal coursework. However if you set out some of the facts of the scenario that you have been given someone may be able to assist but I doubt that anyone would be inclined to answer the question in full for you.

I am a Legal Advisor employed by Sarginsons Law and specialise in Civil Litigation matters. I deal with disputes between individuals and businesses including Landlord and Tenant issues, debt recovery and property disputes.

Profile: I joined Sarginsons from university as an articled clerk in 1970. I am now the managing partner and have wide experience in all aspects of the law normally dealt with in private practice.
