The war-cry of those champagne socialists, The Who, echoes over the decades as the Legal Services Commission reduces the number of firms able to provide advice in family matters by 46%.

Make no mistake.

This has nothing to do with any attempt at rationalisation or the provision of a more integrated and efficient service.

No - it an arrow aimed at lawyers designed to put them out of business with the sole purpose of denying the population access to justice.

No wonder there's going to be a fight.

Legal Aid Cut on Lawyer Service

Although it is negative to see cut in legal aid, but we are still expecting change in stand by the government bodies responsible for it.
