Is it possible to have a judge removed from a case if you are not happy with way the case is going or if you think that the judge has broken the rules?

The situation that the judge has, say, not allowed evidence re the claimant and has allowed evidence re the defendants in a clear case of disproportionality re evidence, can the claimant get the judge replaced.

It is for the Judge to decide, in accordance with the CPR about the admissibility of evidence.
The claimant or defendant cannot ask that the Judge is replaced simply because the Judge wouldn't allow certain evidence.
