IPCC

i would just like to know how long it will take befor i hear back from the ipcc about my appeal.

i recieved a letter off them on the 24th of june telling me that my case had been upheld and a week later they told me that my letter had gone to the appeals department but, on the 17th of june i recieved a letter from the police saying they had asked the ipcc for a dispensation its been nearly nine weeks since ive heard anything off them so how long os this going to take.

I need more information, please!  What was the complaint about, when did you lodge it and with whom?

Unfortunately the process can be long winded. There is no specific timescale. I should wait no more than 13 weeks from the last correspondance and chase then. You should ask to be given specific time scales for a reply.
