Can you repost using a better font.

Profile: I joined Sarginsons from university as an articled clerk in 1970. I am now the managing partner and have wide experience in all aspects of the law normally dealt with in private practice. I believe that a modern high street practice must adapt to the hefty demands of clients and deliver it's services according to the clients wishes.

i corrected the font please

i corrected the font please confirm wether it is  readable? one more thing i want to know is this type of crime is included in which section?

I can now see your post.

I can now see your post. Thank you.

However I probably will need more information.

I assume that the person concerned is a visitor to the UK.

Has he been charged with any offence?

Has he appeared in court yet?

I would need to know this before answering but almost certainly he should consult a  solicitor offering legal aid in criminal matters.

thanks for reply, the person is my brother he is an indian. he is now in uk on visitor visa since dec. 2009. he is charged may be under section 65 (molestation or sexual harresment) as he told me on phone. he was presented in the court and bailed out on surity. we are trying to contact some good solicitor over there. please confirm as here is medical emergency what is the shortest legal way of calling him back? as he could not understand english, he is unable to explain his situation to the people over there.

If your brother is on bail to

If your brother is on bail to the Court, he will have to make an application for his bail to be varied to the Court which put him on bail.  I presume he has a solicitor acting for him, and so he should contact that person as soon as possible. If there is a difficulty in translation his solicitor might be able to arrange an interpreter for him.

I qualified in 1979 and by 1980 was specialising in criminal work and other areas of litigation I became a partner of Sarginsons in 1983. The firm converted to an LDP in April 2009 and is now Sarginson Law LLP.
