FORGED DOCUMENT PRESENTED

Hello,

I have a ET cases against my employer Discrimination and unfair dismissal
*** they forged a lot of documents, which i have solid proof and copies of the original documents
*** The policy and procedure were not followed
*** Witnesses have lied to governning body( varied Statements)

My question are listed below.........
1  I wanted a copy of the statement ( Electronically) for Data Trail. I have asked but the blantly refused.
2  How can I get the pc to verify if the pc ( belong to complainant, if document actually created on that pc).
3  Am 200% sure of my case this is just the last bit to complete the puzzle........
4  I am thinking of Libel CASE ( after my initial racial and unfair disimissal)
5  I have collated all necessary evidences that are authentic......

6. Legally can I get an order from the tribunal to get the afore mentioned( 1 & 2] from complainant.7. Can I report this forgery to the POLICE and if not which body or organisation can I reort this to, this organisation is one of the largest employer in uk with massive resources / legal team.
