Family Court residence order

My daughters father took her over xmas and refused to bring her back. I was given residence back when we went to court but this is being finalised at the end of feb. I am worried as i can no longer afford legal representation. His solicitors have been very under hand getting him to do statements from friends and basically throwing all sorts of allegations at me. I just need some advice on how to present myself and get the information accross. I have proof of him lying in his statement, proof that he works aswell as claims sickness benefit & proof that his initial allegations are nonsense. please help!!

do you have statements that

do you have statements that can refute what he is saying.

if you have evidence about his situation and that he has lied then you should prepare a statement to that effect. Courts will not let proceedings be hijacked by the provision of evidence late in the day...if you do this it might adjourn proceedings and your daughter might stay with her father making things worse for you.
