Employment Tribunal

Hi I am preparing my statement for my tribunal 2 days in July. I am strugling on what I should include in my statement I think I have included everything as it is now about 7 pages long but

Do I include in my statement all the questions against their ET3 as well or do I wait until the day of the Tribunal and bring them up then. I am not sure what to do.

Any help would be appreciated

Ideally your statement would

Ideally your statement would deal with the points you wish to raise to make your case , and to respond to the points made by your former employers. it would be a matter of tactics as to how this was done and anyone advising you would need the full background and sight of all of the documents . You might approach it ion the basis that you subtly respond to their points without sounding as though you are answering a question...but it is down to opinion and tactics. The safer appraoch is probably to deal with the lot.
