Employer wants to force medical examination by ATOS, do I have to consent?

Hi, my employer wants me to undergo a medical examination by ATOS and if I do not consent they are threatening disciplinary action, surely this cant be right and I have the right to object. I do not have anything to hide however I do object to being bullied into something I do not wish to do.
Can anyone please advise me on this issue as it would be very much appreciated thanks
