draft directions????

I am currently involved in a case with my ex-partner regarding our shared property where I am the claimant and he is the defendant. We have list for hearing in a couple of weeks and I have been asked to file "draft directions" at least three days prior to this. Are you able to tell me what form draft directions take with regards to a list for directions hearing? I can't seem to find any information on this anywhere and feel a little in over my head.

if you ask at your county
if you ask at your county court they should be able to give you a copy of their standard directions which you can adapt for your purposes.
