I'm a sole trader in Wiltshire, About 3 years ago I went to a large local store Where I saw a company using some photos of my work to advertise product there product it was also on there website. When I phoned them they said it was from an agency and I should be entitled to something, me being me I just left it bugging me. Until yesterday 30/01/12, I noticed some similar questions on the internet. (Would I be entitled to anything) Thanks. These photos were uploaded to my flicker account for my brother to put them on my web site.

Thanks for replying, though I think I'm to late,
I went to the store tonight, and see that they stopped using my pictures a few months back, they had about 4 years of use of my photos.
