case struck out by court

What is the course or is there one to prevent a court case from being struck out in court if you are the claimant?

Does a claimant have a chance to defend the situation in court to prevent the strike out?

Cases are struck out of court

Cases are struck out of court on the basis of them having no merit.  A claimant can only stop that happening by ensuring that they have followed all the relevant procedure rules and ensuring that they actually have a valid claim when filing.
