Can illegal alien sue for damages in the UK?

Hi
I have recently received a General Form of Judgment or Order from county court in London. It turned out that a person a met in the past made a case against me that I owe him/her money. This being a pure lie, it is even more ridiculous because the person suing is visa overstayer and taking up employment in the UK when not allowed to do so.
Questions:
A: Will the fact that the claimant is in the country illegally play any part when in front of a judge?
B: Is there an efficient way to remove illegal alien or someone who is in breach of his visa from the UK?
thanx a lot.....

I am afriad the fact that
I am afriad the fact that someone may be in this country illegally would not be a bar to them seeking to recover a debt which was owed.
The most effective way of removing someone from the country would be to report the fact to the Border Agency who purpose is to deal with immigration matters.
