access to my neighbours driveway

I have fallen out big time with my elderly neighbour as she is clearly mad and has major paranoia about her boundaries and people entering her property.

I am soon to have a new roof put on my bungalow and this will require a scaffold to be built around my bungalow, unfortunately one side of the scaffold will need to be put on her driveway which she never uses as she does not drive, what are my rights regarding this and where do I start?

Thanks in Advance Dave.
