3rd party charging order

Debt is owed by X who is inheriting a house.

I have a copy of will & know executor.

How do I serve a 3rd party charging order upon executor against X, & will he pay debt from house inherited.

My Gut instinct would be that

My Gut instinct would be that you cannot until the property has been transferred to X
